STEP ONE: Assess Risk, Define Challenges, Set Goals

STEP TWO: Form Core Team, Develop Solutions, Create Action Plan

SEG will help you form and train a core ergonomics team with the multidisciplinary skills needed to ensure success. We'll work with your team to find cost-effective strategies and solutions, and create a detailed action plan to put your solutions in place.

STEP THREE: Implement Action Plan

To help you roll out your action plan, SEG offers a wide range of assistance from expert advice and guidance to full program support, including: project management, workstations evaluations, engineering review, and training courses customized to meet your employee's specific needs.

STEP FOUR: Monitor Results, Communicate Successes

SEG will help you monitor and compare results with target goals, noting your successes and making recommendations for future improvements. To communicate your positive results, we’ll provide quantitative management reports written in business terms, send e-mails, post web bulletin boards and write newsletters. We'll also help you set-up an ergonomics program for the long-term using a customized, ongoing, continuous improvement process that fits your company's needs.
